SAI knows that no two groups have exactly the same culture and operating procedures. To fully engage all stakeholders, our project consultations are wide-ranging.

Descriptions of a business's processes provided by a client's management or its IT department may not accurately represent the actual processes in place. SAI actively engages end users in the specification and development phases because end users tend to know how things really work. By regarding them as stakeholders, SAI helps end users to view the resulting system as a benefit, not a burden.

We create and verify specifications by uncovering business and technology processes through contextual inquiry—interviewing all the producers and consumers of an organization’s data to determine the most effective way to produce and distribute meaningful information.
